 Tin Cup Canyon
Tincup Canyon, located within the Caribou National Forest, is the
best place on the byway to do some backwoods camping. Two
campgrounds are available there as well as hiking trails. In the
1870's, mining occurred in the area, but now very little remains of
that way of life.
Tincup Canyon, perhaps the most scenic stretch of
the byway, has been recognized for its natural beauty and wildlife
viewing. |
